Cambridge Promotes Stacey Swisher to Director of Technology Services 

FAIRFIELD, IA – January 18, 2018 – Cambridge is pleased to announce Stacey Swisher has been promoted to director of Technology Services. In this role, she is responsible for leading teams of subject matter experts who deliver leading business technology solutions for Cambridge and its independent financial advisors.

Swisher joined Cambridge in 2013 with nearly 20 years of experience in technology services. Her prior experience includes roles at Caterpillar Logistics Services, Great River Health Systems, and Genesis Health Systems. As director, she oversees the ongoing customer service and key support functions for a number of information system applications, as well as developing and maintaining department policies and procedures.

Swisher earned a Bachelor of Business degree in management information systems from Western Illinois University. She has also successfully completed Cambridge’s Continuous Improvement Embedded Leaders program, earned the Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) designation, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Additionally, she is a certified ScrumMaster® and is certified by the Information Technology Infrastructure Library® (ITIL®) foundation, with a focus on IT Service Management.
